Holly Brown is a seasoned luxury home specialist in the Steiner Ranch & Lakeway area with the Underwood Team and COMPASS Real Estate in Austin, Texas. In 2005 Holly and her husband Eric Brown started, owned, and operated a residential remodeling business in Alaska. They also bought and sold homes during the market crash of 2008 with an inexperienced agent. Holly's "school of hard knocks" experiences inspired her interest in real estate and led her to become a licensed real estate agent in 2010. It takes years to become a skilled, competitive REALTOR in the dynamic residential real estate and construction industry. Her business strategy consists of leveraging state-of-the-art technology to enhance her share of the market along with sales training and continuing education. She has learned that it takes a "team" of professionals to ensure a smooth transaction for her clients, thus making it a priority to work with the best in their field. Holly is a member of the National Board of Realtors, the Austin Board of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors. In addition, she has completed and attained business training through the Graduate Realtor Institute and has achieved her GRI designation. She is working toward obtaining her CRS designation. Holly enjoys anything to do with nature outside of work. She is married to an Alaskan-born and raised man, so she spends a lot of time outdoors. Holly and Eric have two beautiful daughters, Kiara and Kennedy. As a family, they enjoy fishing, camping, boating, rafting, hiking, playing corn hole, horseshoes, card games, and going to Alaska in the summer to stock up on salmon. Holly enjoys cooking and reading a good book when she isn't playing outside. In addition, she enjoys volunteering and spending time in her daughters' classrooms, volleyball, and dance programs. Being someone who understands how quickly time passes, Holly makes it a point to cherish every moment. The life we've built in Austin has been a blessing to our family, and we are grateful to be able to raise our children here.
